Function Rooms
The club has a versatile function space which is available to hire out for all types of events.
We regularly hire out this space for Parties, Celebrations, Charity Events, Weddings and Corporate Events.
Our rooms are charged at an hourly rate up until 6pm.
After 6pm, we charge an evening slot which is 6pm until midnight, for either just the large room, or the full space. See our prices below.
The space can accommodate up to 120 people, including space for tables, chairs and a dance floor/stage area. Large tables can seat 10 around each and smaller tables can seat 4 around each. We can also provide trestle tables for buffet food, along with our kitchen space where food can be prepared or stored ahead of your booking.
Our rooms are fully accessible, with lift acces, blue badge parking spaces at the front of the building and accessible toilets on both floors.
We have a full AV system ready for hirers to use, allowing hirers to play their own music through the speakers.
Set-up is up to YOU and what suits your event! Bookers are more than welcome to come in and have a look at our space and discuss your set up preferences.
Our facilities include full access to the bar with the room partitioned off from the public sports bar area.
The bar closes at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
For smaller, more intimate events, our function space can be partitioned in half.
Room Prices
Large Room (up until 6pm): £27.50 per hour
Large Room (evening slot 6pm until midnight): £200
Full Function Space (evening slot 6pm until midnight): £250
For all bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, to secure your slot.
The remaining balance is then due one month before your event.
Extras
Table Covers (black or white): £8.50 per table
Chair Covers (black or white): £5.50 per table
Back Drop Curtain (black or white): £45
Not Just Parties...
Our function rooms are also regularly used for presentations, company team building exercises and AGM's.
We have a projector available to use via a HDMI lead, and a microphone available, allowing hirers to present powerpoints etc.
Seating can be set up however you like, as the space is so versatile!
We also hire out our function space for sporting classes, such as dance classes, pilates and PT sessions.
