A Little About Me
I am Rachel and I’m the mummy behind Sweaty Mama Cheshire West! I live in Northwich with my husband Tom and our 3 gorgeous babies (Teddy 4, Poppy 2 and Hallie 5months!). We love to walk at the weekends letting the kids run wild and free! I’ve always loved exercise but as I’ve got older, I’ve appreciated this more mentally than physically with the chaos that is life at home!
I’ve had my own struggles with postnatal fitness and returning to exercise too soon and not really knowing how to do this safely, so I am so passionate about helping and teaching like-minded mamas! Not only that but when I had Teddy, I didn’t know many other mums local to me and the mamas I met through classes made such a difference to my post-natal journey. Just to get out of the house and spend time with other mamas in the same situation as you, gives you such a lift! To talk about things you’re experiencing. Whatever it is, you just feel so much better knowing you’re not the only one feeling all the feels about your tiny, gorgeous bundle of joy! I am SO excited to start my classes to help mamas feel better, physically and mentally, and help them meet friends for life in our local area! To grow a community where mum’s feel safe and comfortable is my ultimate aim! I can’t wait to meet you all!
